Reserves secure Trophy Wednesday night saw the Reserves win the Div 1 League Cup. Goals from Bearman, Sherwood and Ifield.

The victory means the club now has the full set of Mid-essex divisional cups: Div 5 (1985), Div 4 (1939 and 2016), Div 3 (2017 and 2019), Div 2 (1950 and 1958), Div 1 in (2022) and Premier (2000)
